Flat Rate Shipping
Haggus and Stookles offer a FLAT RATE shipping of $12.00 on Receipted Standard Post within Australia for all orders.
We try our best to overnight ship all Australian orders placed before 2:30pm CST, unfortunately some remote locations are not guaranteed next day delivery.
If you require your order to be shipped internationally, please contact us for freight rates prior to placing your order.
Pickup is available from our warehouse located at 3 Wheaton Rd, Melrose Park SA 5039. Please choose the Pickup shipping option in the checkout. You will receive an email from customer service once your order has been packed saying it is available for collection. Orders are able to be collected from 7.00am - 5.00pm Monday - Friday. We request that you call us or send us a quick email to let us know when you will be coming in.
All orders will be packaged and sent from Haggus and Stookles the same day if placed before 2:30pm CST and payment has been received. Any orders placed after 2:30pm CST will be sent the next business day. For bank deposits, money order, cheque payments / cheques, orders will be sent once the payment has been received or cleared. Orders can be sent out as soon as payment is proved by bank remittance or bank receipt.
All orders are completely traceable. A signature is required upon delivery. Should you require the parcel to be left if you are not at home, please advise in the ‘Add other notes’ box in the check-out page. Please note, that if the item is left with an authority to leave and per Courier Company tracking system the parcel is delivered, the parcel is considered delivered and received and Haggus and Stookles accepts no liability if a parcel is damaged or stolen after delivery.
Delivery time for post within Australia is approximately 2-5 days to metropolitan areas and up to 5-8 days for regional areas.
You can choose to insure your parcel for an additional $1.20 per $100, or part thereof. At the next page on the Payments Page you can then enter in your discount code if applicable.
Please note the postage of some larger items is based on their cubic weight as opposed to actual weight and may incur an extra fee. If extra postage is payable we will contact you to advise this extra cost before your order is despatched. You will then have the option of changing or cancelling your order.
Loss and damage in transit
Haggus & Stookles Pty Ltd takes great care in packaging all orders and use reliable courier services, however unfortunately sometimes mishaps can occur. Should a package be delayed, arrive damaged or not at all, please contact us immediately by email or phone so we can discuss the issue.
Please note however that Haggus & Stookles Pty Ltd will not be held accountable for items that are damaged or lost during transit and all risk passes to the customer upon delivery with the courier company used. We will however assess each matter on a case by case basis. Note insurance is available for registered post within Australia. Insurance can be purchased on check out.
