How to Order
We’ve made it easy for you to order with various options listed below:
Payment methods - For all orders we accept Visa, Mastercard, bank deposit, cheque/money order (Australia only) and payments by phone.
Online - If you have shopped with us before, you can enter your email address and password - note if you have forgotten your password click on ‘forgotten password’ to have it emailed immediately to you. Your customer details will be automatically filled in and all you need to do is click the tick box next to ‘copy address’ for the same delivery address, otherwise enter in a different delivery address. By logging in, you can then go to My Account and keep track of all of your past orders and see the status of your order.
If this is the first time you are purchasing from us simply complete all customer and delivery fields and an account will be set up for you.
Credit card payments are processed securely online. The Haggus and Stookles website is located within a secure server environment which utilises SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). Haggus and Stookles use a 128-bit SSL encryption, to ensure your personal data is secure. When you enter your credit card number into the payment area it is transmitted across the internet in an encrypted form. We never see or store your credit card details; it goes straight through our secure payment gateway to the bank for processing.
PayPal payments are processed on the PayPal website. Once you click Purchase Now you will be directed to the PayPal website where you can complete your payment.
E-mail - if you prefer you can simply email us your order to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will endeavour to contact you within 24 hours to organise payment, advise delivery charges and confirm your order.
Phone - please call us on +61 8 8463 1223 to place your order. If we miss your call we endeavour to return your call within 24 hours to take your order and advise delivery charges. You can pay by bank deposit (we will email you the bank details), visa or MasterCard, or by phone.
Post - simply download the attached order form, complete and post to Haggus and Stookles, PO Box 64, Daw Park SA 5041. We will call or email you once we have received your order to advise delivery charges and confirm your order.
LayBy - We also offer a layby service on orders. For a layby a 30% deposit is to be paid with the full payment to be received within 8 weeks. Upon placing your order and paying the deposit the stock will be held. Your order will then be posted out once the final payment is received. We can tailor either weekly or fortnightly payments. Payment can be made by credit card or bank deposit. To place a layby, do an order online and choose contact us to arrange payment. Let us know in the comments a layby is required and we can then contact you to organise the details.
Back Orders - If a product is out of stock you are able to place a back order for this item. A box will automatically open when something is out of stock where you can enter in your details, the quantity of the item you need and when you need it by. We will then let you know by email when the product is available again.
Note: a backorder does not guarantee we will be able to get the product and does not allocate the stock to you. It simply acts as a request for product. We will try our best to meet all backorder requests but sometimes the supplier may be out of stock of particular items. The email you receive when the item is back in stock is a notification only and no stock is being held. We recommend you place your order as soon as possible after you receive this email to guarantee the stock will still be available.
Back Order on Sale Items and During Sale Periods - Sale Price and offers during sale periods only apply to items that are in stock at that relevant time the sale is on or when the item is on sale. Please note, if you backorder an item during a sale time at Haggus & Stookles Pty Ltd or the item is placed on backorder when the item is on sale, the price reverts back to the full price when the item comes back into stock.
